CUSTOM ORDERS

Many companies have asked if we can provide different languages for our product.
The answer is YES!!
We can provide up to three (3) different languages simultaneously on a single recording, with a 30 second pause for resetting the motion sensor.
or
You can provide your own sound file up to 10 seconds.
ex: "Our establishment encourages hand sanitation, please, don't forget to wash your hands."

How this works is very simple.
You provide us with your own sound files and we add it to the pre recorded sound chip.
All sound files must be edited, proof heard and
to your satisfaction prior to sending it to us.
We will not be responsible for any editing or mispronunciation on your behalf. 
If you decide to use three different languages, it is suggested that you use the primary language first and then second and third.
All audio files must be Avi, wav. or mp3 sound files.

With custom orders, there is a minimum of 1,000 pcs with a 50% down payment.
Balance will be due prior to delivery confirmation.
All orders take approximately 45 - 90 days for delivery.
Please note that we can not expedite any order sooner than the time allocated.
All Custom orders have a one time setup fee.
